I was excited when I bought the bike for my personal home gym but disappointed when I realised that this was nothing but scraps held together. The pedal came off within the first 20 days of the order, and the support instead of sending an experienced technician kept asking for more money and to watch a video which was useless. Hence, I have not raised a dispute with my bank for a full refund.
