What if my card has been charged multiple times for the same order?

What are the delivery charges?
We offer complimentary shipping Pan India on all orders placed throughout our website. No strings attached.
When will I get my order?
We process your orders within 24-48 business hours and ship them via our trusted logistic partners. Any order placed shall be delivered to you within 4-8 business days.
Kindly note, in case of certain pin codes, delivery can take up to 10-15 days.
What is the warranty policy?
We have a 1 year warranty on the Flexibells, Flexikettle, Flexnest Barbells, Flexscale, The Flexbikes, Flexrowers, Flextreads, Flextrainers, Flexbenches, Flexdubs and Massage Guns.

Warranty Does Not Cover
- A Flexnest product purchased for commercial or institutional use.
- Damage due to abuse, accident, tampering or modificatiosn of the unit, failure to follow instructions or warnings in the Owner’s Manual, misuse, mishandling, accident or Acts of God
- Damage due to normal usage and wear and tear
Kindly note, unauthorised tampering with, modifying, or opening the unit will void the warranty.
Where are the products designed?
All our products are designed in Germany. However, our products are manufactured in different countries like China, Taiwan, Thailand, India etc. You may contact for any other queries.
What if I receive a Damaged Product/Incomplete Delivery?
- (a) If box delivered by courier is DAMAGED, take video of accepting damaged box with full coverage and pointing box damage. (b) For claiming MISSING items unboxing video is a must.
- Unboxing video should start with (a) all 4 sides view then (b) top & bottom view (c) then full unboxing. *It must be single video NO PAUSE NO CUT
- Video should be taken from a distance to fully cover opening of package.
- Close up of unboxing video not accepted.
- After unboxing, product to be opened and damage or numbers of items to be clearly shown in video.
- Video to be submitted within 48 hoursof receiving the product.
