Section 1 - Returns and Replacements

No products can be returned once purchased.

We offer a 7 day replacement policy from the date it has been delivered, for any manufacturing defects.

If your product is eligible for replacement, kindly email orders@theflexnest.com

Product must be with all tags attached in its original condition along with all packing material, courier receipt, invoice & other papers. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a replacement. To be eligible for a replacement, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Section 2 - Sale items

Any items on discounts or purchased during sales cannot be replaced.

Section 3 - Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.  If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at orders@theflexnest.com and generate a return request.

Section 4 - Clothing Returns

We do not accept returns, however, we will be happy to exchange incase you need a different size. Clothing must be exchanged within 7 days from the date it has been delivered to the customer. Product must be returned with all tags attached in its original condition along with all packing material, courier receipt, invoice & other papers. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange. To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

All receipts and tags should be kept on. Incase they are removed or missing, exchanges will not be possible.

Section 5 - COD Orders

For all COD orders, customers will receive a confirmation call from Flexnest.

Once confirmed, your order will be shipped.

For orders over Rs 25,000 Flexnest takes a Rs 2,000 Security Deposit, and for orders over Rs 45,000 Flexnest takes a Rs 5,000 Security Deposit, which is refunded once your order is delivered and paid for by you.

The security deposit is not refundable incase of refusal/cancellation of an order once shipped.

Section 6 - Refund and Cancellation for Service Provider Company

Due to service providers in nature “NO REFUND”,“NO CANCELLATION” will be entertained
once the Payment has been made.

Section 7 – Cancellations

Customers can cancel orders only before the order has been shipped/dispatched. After the products have been shipped, Flexnest will charge a 10% cancellation fee of the cancelled order value.

Section 8 - Shipping & Delivery Policy

Flexnest ships its products to almost all parts of India. Orders placed will be shipped within 24-48 hrs. We ship on all days except Sundays and National Holidays. For all areas serviced by reputed couriers, the delivery time would be within 4-8 business days of shipping (business days exclude Weekends and other holidays). At times there might be unexpected delays in the delivery of your order due to unavoidable and undetermined logistics challenges beyond our control for which Flexnest is not liable and would request its users to cooperate as Flexnest continuously tries to avoid such instances. Also, Flexnest reserves the right to cancel your order at its sole discretion in cases where it takes longer than usual delivery time or the shipment is physically untraceable and refund the amount paid for cancelled product(s) to your source account.
